Pros

A lot of responsibility (great if you are looking to learn) and lots of projects to get involved in.

Cons

Face-time culture; current senior management have zero interest in employee welfare (it was better before 2022, to be fair, with John Winter) appalling track record with female employees being made redundant (many returning from maternity are directly made redundant and some are pushed out). Cost-cutting measures have resulted in unnecessary risk (serious issue with retention and loss of institutional knowledge)
