Business Outlook
Pros
Very diverse and collaborative. Most companies have these as "values" but MUFG "walks the talk" in this regard. Good pay and benefits. Nice environment to work.
Cons
MUFG is a great organization but I have become uncomfortable and uncertain of the company's financial standing as re-wire activities have led to not replacing positions as they are vacated, including management roles. Travel is no longer approved which is very worrisome for a global company. This also prevents employee in-person training from being offered which was always a valuable aspect of my professional development.
