Toxic Work environment. Groups and power control over their team and orphan others who do not get into the circle. Doesn't matter on the employee's capabilities, accomplishments, attitude etc., You are either part of the group or not, is all that matter. Hard working employees get burnt out as much as going on short term/ long term disability.

No work life balance. Plan on never having weekends here. The enterprise is a complete mess. You will spend more time looking for non existent servers than doing actual work because there are so many broken processes not to mention supporting backward technology. The company is still supporting Windows 2003 servers and spending tons of money on ESU licenses for Windows 2008 servers. The amount of frustration is astounding trying to get people to even respond to emails and other people barking orders. I hear great things about anything outside IT with other departments. You will lose your soul here as I did.
