I worked for the bank for more than 2 years. There is no upside here unless you want to just go stagnant and irrelevant in your career

Cons

The management has no respect for the employees. They promise and don't deliver. Even though I had excellent feedback was kept at the same pay for more than 2 years. Former colleagues are also suing the bank for their discrimination and misconduct. Have no processes in place and no career plan.
