Since the first day I began working for PurePoint Financial, I have felt this was the best professional decision I have ever made. The company makes a commitment to all their employs to support you in every way possible. Work/life balance is very important me with a new family and being here give me the opportunity provide without having to sacrifice those special moments in life. I have been a banker for the past 6 years and I can tell you that the compensation CANNOT be matched. There is an everyday push to develop and train for almost anything you heart can desire, typically paid for by the company. They truly believe that a happy employee is a productive one.

Cons

This branch of MUFG is small and there isnt much room for growth in the short term. Being patient will pay dividends

I've been working for PurePoint Financial for almost two years, and all I can say is this company is fantastic! My Market Executive recruited me, but when I joined the company, I discovered that all the employees were hand selected. I went through several interviews, and my final meeting was with the Director of Client Services who ultimately made the final decision. PurePoint Financial is not your TRADITIONAL BANK! PurePoint is unique in many ways, and I am so honored to be apart of a financial institution like this one.
