Expected to work far beyond 40 hours a week. Expected to not take off for sick or vacation.

Pros

It was a job with benefits. Great people will come and go. I was taught the meaning of schadenfreude.

Cons

Shocking company culture run similar to a family business, financed by a larger company that seems to be in the dark (MUFG) or complicit. The waste of time and resources astounds. Watch Clive Boddy's TED Talk "Bullying and Corporate Psychopaths at Work" and pay attention to the last part of the talk for a hint. Values are nothing more than wall art. Management does not care about you and they are not good people.
