This is a professional work environment. A diverse set of staff as well from all walks of life. You do get exposure to a lot of different client types. Big deals with big names that has real world applications. Salary is better than most competitors and bonus is as well. So u are compensated well for your efforts. Good bonus too.

Cons

Certain toxic individuals are tolerated by management because of the friendships they have with higher ups. Work culture can be demanding and intense. 50+ hrs a week is the norm. Difficult for people with young families or who have additional family responsibilities. Almost a sterile environment where theres not much socialising . Due to how intense it is most people prefer not socialising outside of work so they can have that break. Certain individuals in upper management are clueless and make directives with zero understanding of the implications on the day to day. Also a lot of roles are being outsourced to India. Nearly every UK Team has an Indian counterparts team. A sign of things to come.
