      It’s a Global company with a strong parent company and long history in Japan. The technology has finally caught up with the 2000s.

      Good old boys club, no accountability for sr leaders, HR management is a joke, lack of job security, majority of jobs being moved to AZ

      Good benefits and good group of people

      Cons

      Company returning to office 4 days a week and calling it “Hybrid” which is so offensive when many employees do not work on projects with others and have shown they are more effective remotely. No opportunities for career advancement as there are constant layoffs. Ageism in this company exists as more is offshored to India or given to college kids.
