benefits and pay are decent

Cons

No longer have a work life balance. Recent upper managers that were hired have little to no experience, don’t make decisions and don’t let tenured staff help improve processes. Recent process change that put in place had incorrect procedures and has unrealistic expectations to get monthly work done as the time to work cases was not looked at properly. No motivation from the uppe management.

Only reason is they pay well

Cons

Culture is toxic, lack of direction from leadership, complete imbalance of power. Seems to be a bunch of people brought in from other big companies, lured with titles and high salaries, all with their own personal agendas. This leads to lack of strategic vision, and no continuity. Horrible environment to be in.
