- Working operations isn't too complex to comprehend and execute - Provides opportunity to discover several clients and contacts - Food and beverage is provided to staff during work hours - Ideal for people looking to make some quick pocket money

Cons

- Long hours (12 hours) of work under the sun - Pay could be increased as it doesn't compensate majority of staff who travel close to 140 kilometers for every event
