Plenty of opportunities to work overtime Most clients are friendly and appreciative A lot of employees have been here for years so stability seems good, a steep contrast to a number of other companies in the Bay Area nowadays

Cons

They don't pay holiday rate when working on a federal holiday during your first 90 days. I have never heard of that kind of arrangement before working at MV, and I still do not agree with it.
