None, absolutely, positively, and unequivocally none! Site forced me to give a star, but they don't deserve it!! Run away!!!

Cons

Harassment, favoritism, promote boot lickers, not pay for all work, fire for no reason, unsafe buses, did I mention harassment?

Pros

Good for retired people or trying to get into transit. The pay is pretty good for drivers 14.75 but not so great for utility just 11.00. Good Union .. Opens up doors to city jobs

Cons

Pay could be a lot better, gotta work overtime for a decent check but overtime is not available to everyone. Favoritism, missing days or hours, not paying there employees full wages.. Too quick to demote you not considered city workers but work for the city

Pros

They Train you, Learn how to drive transit buses. Good Union Rep and Old school drivers. Benfits when you start overtime. It's great place to start off when your young or toward retirement. Have some senior drivers working part-timers.

Cons

Management and some of the co-workers make it difficult to stay in a healthy working atmosphere. They say one thing and mean another, not well direct in little details. Your shifts are split in two, and start off as school-trippers for the Junior High Schools and High Schools of Santa Clarita Valley.
