      Pros

      I had quite a bit of freedom for creativity at the beginning. We had a small team and a lot of work to do, but it was nice. Also gave me an opportunity to learn Agile methodologies.

      Cons

      At the end our team grew significantly. Also before that we were all remote, and after I was one of only a few who were remote. I felt like me and the other remote developers were ignored.
