      Pros

      People that care for people. This is a very lean operation, but I have never met so many caring coworkers in one place at one time. Opportunities for advancement are very available.

      Cons

      Pay increases are very lean. Bidded contracts restrict what can be given.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck and the mechanics are good people. They have monster in the vending machine. That’s all. Get to meet a lot of new people since everyone quits after a couple months.

      Cons

      Long hours 12 plus. High turnover rate. Hands are tied by a cheap budget with an old fleet. Expect to be called on your days off. Promised training but didn’t receive any. Willful blindness with supervision.
