Pros

Stay with the training and try very hard and you will learn how to drive a coach transit. Sometimes getting the attention that is needed can sometimes be a little hard, because of the trainer has to do other jobs

Cons

the pay is very low like 13.90 per hour. There are no benefits or bonus for part time. Drivers leave after they get Class B and go to work for companies at least $17.00 or greater
