      good environment, but rough schedule.

      Pros

      Nice employees, and management. Thorough training, so when the time comes to drive a route yourself, you will be ready.

      Cons

      Most shifts are split shift. You will work 1-4 hours, then clock off, and return to work in 2-6 hours to work another 1-4 hours.

      The job was good. Not too much oversight by management and decent pay for the area. Most co -workers were great to work with

      Cons

      Vehicles and other equipment were not well maintained. No ac in summer in Fresno is almost criminal. Some coworkers had bad attitudes

      No micro management and you get to assist wonderful people each day , your schedule is set and great opportunity to do overtime.

      Cons

      Very long driving hours , benefits are not the best communications can be slow to react if you néed help right away .
