      Pros

      Paid training. They'll get you a CDL class B with airbrake and passenger endorsement. And they'll pay you to get it.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. High turnover. You end up working with people who don't care much about the job and are only there for the pay. If you work on the transit side of things, you have to deal with a bunch of checked out .gov employees.
