The passengers I drive are the only good part.

Cons

Low pay, human resources support is non existent, management is horrible, they only find fault never praise,you get written up for being sick even with a doctor's note, they want you to fail.

The company I opened my eyes on the road. The job is like a hobby. How I am lucky to work for seniors and disables. The safety meeting gives me to be more curious and protect myself even when driving my own car

Cons

Unskilled personnel managing the job on the division I'm working. I'm afraid the division will lose its performance because of these production centered mangers

It has gotten better at mvp access a ride division, but needs more improvement. The only positive thing about the job is the overtime and helping people with disabilities.

Cons

Poor benefits and revolving door attitude.
