Pros

Zero Pros at this company...they are paying King County under the table for the contract is the rumor so they are taking the money out of employees bi-weekly checks. Complain all you want to no avail. Your check will be short each payday.

Cons

Although the contract is in the name of MV Transportation - Transdev, the old toxic contractor and their drivers still are there and more toxic than ever. Platinum Customer Service is frowned upon and discounted by "Transdev/MV". The union dues for Teamsters 117 is $100 a month and they are totally ineffective. Transdev/MV underpaid me for $5,000 and I was cut a check for $75 from the company and no further interactions with the union or the company about the income I was never paid. Going to the department of labor they are for the companies not the workers. First time you are working for any company that shorts your check leave IMMEDIATELY.

Pros

Hours were good...5 am to 1 pm

Cons

Management is horrible, and conniving. Starting pay is 11.50...$3 dollars an hour less than the local call center. It takes 5 yrs to reach top of pay scale, and that is $5 an hour less than the city transit 20 miles away. Most employees anymore, don't last more than 3 yrs. Many of the buses that are in service, shouldn't be. Some are more than 25 yrs old, and many items don not work, such as speedometers, dash lighting, driver seats, or work properly...such as wheelchair lifts,
