      Pros

      Great place to learn new skills. The team is very knowledgeable and answers a lot of questions. Do not be afraid to ask questions or feel dumb for asking. Fast growing place and everyone has been kind and helpful. No one I have been supporting has given me a hard time at all and are incredibly patient. Leadership is strong and have clear visions of how they want the future team to function.

      Cons

      Lots of sites, so lots of driving for right now. Once the companies merge, I suspect travel will be less often. Feeling a little lost when it comes to standardization. Not very clear but there are some loose guidelines that I picked up over time. Growing pains do exist as the company transitions and acquires more companies.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and direction within the company. Poor project management and implementation processes. Ineffective communication channels. HR VP + Director-Level leadership lacking relevant expertise. Unethical and illegal practices. Toxic workplace culture fueled by gossip and drama. Unstable and irrational behavior from the CEO.
