Some excellent technical talent but management may need some direction.

Like most companies communication is slim and too many individuals trying to do the same thing with little to no leadership from the top down.

Pros

If you like to be self directed and can keep a management target off your back its regular work

Cons

All issues that arise get blamed on field service techs as a group. Blanket "corrective"emails from all levels of management show a lack of managers experience and inability to accept management failures. Payscale levels do not match up and employees are discouraged from discussing it with area managers. Company policy is quit if you dont like it.
