Pros

Good group of people. Strong knowledge base. Management genuinely cares about their employees. I cover 4 states for MR and CT. My customers love me, which means they renew their contracts. This makes me an effective employee, with negotiating power. If you have a poor attitude, and an unwillingness to do the right thing, of course, you will not be valued.

Cons

I don't have any cons. This company is what you make it to be. If you are a poor employee, and do not resonate well with customers, you will obviously not be a valuable asset.

Pros

I can’t think of anything good to say about MXR.

Cons

MXR bought the company I was working for. During the merger, MXR promised nothing would change. After 5 months, everything changed. They put engineers on salary without changing the salary structures, put a hold on 401k employer match. They don’t provide a company credit card, so you have to expense your purchases and get reimbursed. Stay away from this company.
