      Pros

      Trying to build a better environment. Have a way to go. Pay getting better. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Out of touch with production and expectations. Clear intentions would be great instead of just talk. Management stands in the way some, could be better. Production staff low morals and ethics.

      There are many nice employees at work here. However, the cons from the leadership outweigh the good.

      Cons

      The leadership has created a toxic hostile environment as others have noted. This is not a family atmosphere. Or at least not a good family atmosphere. If you are in the bind, this may be a starting point, but keep looking for a job! Getting out is the best decision I made!
