Communication across teams and up the ladder could use some major work. Not much room for growth in certain departments.

Good products and excellent customers.

Cons

Consistant reorganizations where upper management gets terminated. Toxic environment where some employees form tight groups. These groups work to get others who are outside the group terminated. Then when a reorganization occurs, the toxic group gets terminated. I had seven bosses in seven years. Hard to make an impression when your bosses keep getting terminated.
