      Pros

      Value well being and work life balance. Projects around the globe, can relocate if know the right people.

      Cons

      British-centered, bias to promote young inexperienced British people. Don’t value technical background (in engineering for example).

      Pros

      Having a good leader makes a big difference, which is why I'm finding this place suitable. However, the project's success also relies heavily on the client and General contractor's collaboration and performance.

      There are staff / technical staff / front line engineers & managers who doesn't have good knowledge and technical awareness
