      Pros

      The majority of staff I met in my time with Mace were really capable and nice people to work with. The salary was competitive and the benefits matched most other similar companies.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership abilities from middle managers and directors. Issues don't get resolved they get buried, there are a lot of senior staff within departments in comparison to the numbers actually delivering projects.
