It's a startup working on one of the most challenging problems to solve and has had its share of growing pains. However, there are some major new leadership hires that have blended with the hardworking principles behind the company. Will you work hard? Definitely. Is it highly engaging with great people? absolutely. Would i recommend it to everyone? no, if you dont want to work hard and push yourself to limits you didn't know you had, you might not like it. Life is short- go work on a great challenge. oh and compensation is substantially more competitive than the majority of the industry.
