Pros

The company has a great atmosphere, the bonds you make with different levels of the company are truly valuable, the leadership is young in many ways, but the CEO truly cares about the employees and work that is being done. The CEO and senior staff understands their employees and accommodate to provide a good work/life/family balance. It really feels like a family, the employees are eager to work and make this company's dream/goal a reality. If you are looking for a job where you can work and be happy as well have a life balance this is the place. The company is maturing, and understands its previous mistakes, and has made big improvements. The culture is growing and rewarding to the employees, I can say the company, CEO, and Senior Staff, truly care and want to keep the talent they have.

Cons

Taxes are crazy in California.

Pros

Most companies have a pitch of how and why they intend to change the world for the better. Mach has as clear and important a mission as I've ever seen anywhere--to protect and strengthen the U.S. and its allies through innovative and mission-oriented manufacturing of products that fill real needs. Ethan, Mach's founder, shapes the company's priorities with a sharp vision of the battlefield needs of the next decades, and the talented team of engineers and business leads are ruthlessly oriented toward meeting those needs as quickly and effectively as possible. Hopefully we build a cool business along the way. Pretty amazing so far.

Cons

A lot of the bumps and bruises of a rapidly growing, early-stage startup. But each problem seems to be openly discussed and addressed by the team. A heavy expectation of material contribution on every member of the company, which might not be the best fit for some folks looking for a lighter workload.

Pros

Ethan's clear vision for the company’s future inspires trust in where we're headed, and there are plenty of opportunities for personal growth and making a meaningful impact, especially as part of an early-stage startup.

Cons

As a growing company, there may be occasional uncertainty around processes or direction that’s still being developed
