Combine that with constantly changing systems requirements and lack of clear expectations and it is no wonder why the average tenure here is 6-12 months.

Ran by beyond inexperienced people. Shotty layups by underpaid technicians who are expected to crank parts out at unrealistic rates. Refuses to promote from within and rather use outside contractors and pay them less. If you are looking for a job as a tech mach isn't for you. Go literally ANYWHERE else!
