Pros

Fun culture, good people, bright open office, interesting projects, room for advancement, PTO use is encouraged, decent benefits with profit sharing.

Cons

Lower pay than comparable companies, reactionary and sensitive to risk, not overly transparent. Very Portland centric, compared to the satellite offices.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, and was able to split my time amongst planning and architectural tasks. Staff were supportive and interested in the growth of their employees.

Cons

I worked, way too much. For a single person with no children, this could be the place for you.
