Pros

Great people to work with. Family like environment. Lots of events by "Fun Committee" for internal office events

Cons

Very low salary. Salary rate is based off of Portland, even if you are living in Seattle. Not flexible with work/life balance. To avoid traffic, I asked if I can work 7:30 to 4:30pm. Upper management said yes but whenever I left at 4:30, he gave me an attitude. Upper management always left at 4:30pm to be with kids, but did not allow that with others. Does not let you work from home; on the day we had 'snow apocalypse', I had to come in because 'everyone else were able to make it' to the office. Many people lived close to Seattle and living in the suburb, it took over 2 hours just to make it in.

Pros

Company plans a lot of fun events for the staff. If you are into running, biking or competitive sports then this might be the place for you.

Cons

Upper management have all been there for several years and are very tight with each other. As mentioned in other reviews, they stay stuck in their ways and the past. Very sexist undertones. An upper male manager even called me a derogatory name. If you're a woman, expect to wrap your opinion around 20 pounds of bubble wrap.

Pros

Creative Work environment, business casual dress atire, occasional fun work events

Cons

Business doesn't care about work life balance, or how employees treat one another. Benefits were mediocre, and once I left I found out I was being underpaid by at least 30%.
