      Pros

      Wonderful, friendly, and welcoming people for the most part, from senior management to support staff. Casual work environment.

      Cons

      Company seems to be stuck in a bygone era, at least in terms of processes. Not necessarily a good environment for a millennial, or someone who is used to being in a more high-tech, paperless office. Lack of communication at times. Lack of training and cross-training. I was taken aback by how often I received, "I don't know" as an answer to my questions. Online training guides and materials would help. Benefits are good overall. However, the PTO is just so-so. Very open floor plan, so everyone can hear everything, both good and bad.

      -Some very talented younger staff work there -Decent retirement package if you stay longer than 5 years -Opportunities to volunteer outside of the office -Salary/benefits commensurate with industry standards -Fun events outside of the office

      Cons

      -Terrible management support in us v. them environment -Corporate environment without corporate benefits -Lack of flexibility in systems -No opportunity to work on projects you want -Atmosphere of "looking busy" -No training beyond basic project responsibilities -Quickest/easiest method is rewarded, not best method -No trust between employees/management -Lack of honesty in inter-office discussion -Competition and distrust between departments -Bloated and inefficient marketing department -
