Pros

Some nice people and great 401k

Cons

Some terrible mean sexist managers. Overly started to "include" women on paper when men realized almost no women were holding high positions but still very old school sexist secretary vibes

Good culture and pay

Pros

Job pays well for the area Firm culture is good and seems to be improving with current firm leadership Lots of diverse business sectors and multidisciplinary team keeps the company flexible and makes it a good place to learn and develop new skill sets. The size of the company makes it one of the more diverse and inclusive I’ve worked for.

Cons

It’s on the larger side so policy changes can be slow and there is a bit of a bottleneck with hiring and annual reviews. Project work is, understandably, prioritized over making time for staff and overhead focused tasks
