Pros

Chill work space, good work life balance. ESOP helps with retirement planning

Cons

Stagnant leadership, not much variety of work outside of tilt buildings. Many of the team leads have never worked anywhere else in their career and don’t know how to design things outside of “the Mackenzie way”. Also pay is pretty low compared to other firms
