Pros

Free books, fancy office, in London

Cons

It’s all about the game playing and the favouritism. Though they would like to say that’s because it is a ‘small, friendly publisher’, a ‘we’re not like the other publishers!’ Publisher. When in fact they are a multi million pound business relying on cheap enthusiastic labour. You could say true of all big publishers. But at least the other big publishers don’t blow up these smoke screens. It’s twisted and toxic.
