This company is a complete calamity and riddled with inept sales managers. Managers that manage through their keyboards and leave no room for autonomy or creative problem-solving. Instead of empowering their teams, they impose rigid, outdated methods that don't align with relevant sales strategies. These are managers that can blabber on ad nauseam about an author but lack the sales acuity/emotional intelligence to navigate a simple sales call. These are managers so unprofessional that I was asked several times to not bring them back to the campus for field visits. These are managers that will praise you one day and berate you the next. These are managers that will call, text, and zoom you all times of the day with incoherent directives and without notice. These are managers that will demand you visit with the same professor/department week to week without any consideration as to where you are with them in the sales process. These are managers that set targets without any understanding of the market or individual circumstances. These are managers that emphasize your faults/shortcomings instead of developing your skills and improving your performance. These are managers that cannot recall a conversation you had with them the day before. These are managers that have clear favorites and those that are not in their good graces are sidelined or targeted. These are managers that will take their social and business deficiencies out on you. The courseware offered is just as abysmal as the management. It is beyond glitchy, and it is not intuitive. As a rep you will spend most of your time pleading with customers you worked so hard to close, to stay. The tech support team is essentially non-existent, and the specialists are checked out. I say this from the bottom of my heart in hopes that it might prevent someone else from enduring the misery I went through. If you are a sales professional and a person of logical thought, this will not be a good place for you. It will wear away at your peace and well-being. Save your sanity and consider something else.
