> I had an amazing manager. This makes a huge difference. Some manager are remarkable and make it worth working there. Some ... not so much. > They won't try to force people back into the office. They are very pro-remote work. > Really enjoyed working with my colleagues. They have some great employees there, though the Execs don't seem to realize it.

Cons

> Very little room for growth within the company > Layoffs all the time — this year alone, they had at least 2 large layoffs before June. Your job is not safe. Especially the longer you are there — the longer you are there, the higher chance you will be the one laid off. > C-Suite has a total disconnect from employees and likes to pretend everything is fine when things are clearly not ok
