The organization wants to be on top of the bestseller lists, promote the best authors, discover new authors, and be savvy doing it.

Cons

The publishing market makes it hard to compete and HR needs to offer real services and programs for employee advancement.

Pros

Great work life balance. Very chill place to work, remote friendly, and good benefits.

Cons

Underpaid and not diverse. Slow to change and innovate, very old systems. Most people have spent their entire careers here and refuse to leave.
