Pros

Sustainability is one of their goals, which is great. Access to free books between imprints is nice, and is one of many benefits.

Cons

Unfortunately your experience here will heavily depend on your team. Many teams lack diversity and the management often times lack the experience to lead properly. Communication between teams is also stilted and difficult

Pros

Committed competent people at every level of the business. Privately held and manageable goals.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility. Nichie environment that comes with smaller companies. Length of employment often takes precedent over performance in promotions.
