Pros

CEO and Upper Management are incredibly accessible and open Nimble and easy to move and shift Minimal bureaucracy Trusting Kind Fair Visionaries Good pay Good products Work life balance

Cons

I have worked at 4 companies in the industry and after 2 years here, I cannot think of a con. It is by far an incredible place to be. The industry is changing a lot so that could be hard for an outsider but from someone in the industry, this company is incredible.
