Pros

The people are lovely. Everyone wants to help each other rather than compete with each other. It's a collaborative and fun culture. It's a huge pro and the main reason people stay so long.

Cons

Career progression is non-existent. And mixed messages from HR - one minute there are salary bands for each role, next minute there aren't. There is also a huge disparity between male and female salaries. And the way men and women are treated in general. Men tend to get noticed more within the business. Internal comms and IT were also frustrating issues. Almost no confidentiality. Not sure if this came from HR department or elsewhere.
