Toxic environment with favoritism in bonuses

The breakfast and snacks that are provided for all staff

Cons

Run for the hills, this place is toxic and 'led' by lifers who have never worked anywhere else. Bonuses and any progression is based on tenure and if you are in the 'select' clique (which means you have been there for over 15 years) Absolutely no transparency and 'led' by senior management who have been there for their entire career and fear change like a plague.
