Poor work-life balance and a lack of clear career development. The culture relies heavily on hierarchy and favoritism rather than merit-based growth.

No genuine career progression - very little training unless you're a director, and leadership don't genuinely value people. People get locked into what they're good at, and gaslit into believing that they are developing. And diversity? Macquarie leaders value people who look and behave like them, so there isn't much.
