Competitive. Get a variety in management, majority are there to help you progress further within the business. People are from a variety of backgrounds & ages, definitely a good mix.

Cons

Little to non career path within market ops... (unless you know someone). 'Managers' doing associates' role with a difference of getting paid more Boring, repetitive work. Culture has unnecessary pressure One of Macquarie's core values emphasizes employees as their most important asset, yet for a corporate function not a single cab charge would be given that day... wait did you say employees = most important asset?! #BigLOL
