Graduate salaries are month the highest in the industry. There is a very fun culture and most employees are very social

Cons

Due to the current economic times, the cutbacks are very demoralising for staff and spending on perks and bonuses is almost non existent - very different from previous years

Aesthetically appealing building to work in! Great opportunity to hot-desk and meet new people, learn their roles and ways of working in the same environment.

Cons

Overhearing other teams and people doing their roles at the same time. Would be quite difficult if your role requires some quiet time and/or space to do team work and collaborate. However plenty of versatile and functional meetings rooms that can also cater for quiet lock down time for yourself- if you can give off that impression that is!
