Positive environment, and employees want to help each other succeed. Hard work gets acknowledged. Very understanding and family oriented.

Pros

Opportunity to interact with government clients and contractors. Some internal employees are passionate about their jobs. Location is close to public transit.

Cons

Horrible executive management due to family run business. Employees change their attitude around executive team to ensure executive team does not have a bad day. Most middle management employees have no clue how to make bigger organizational decisions. Extremely difficult team members to work with due to biased family relationships. Executive team seems to be running in circles instead of toward a clear directive. Unless you are an entry level employee or desperately need a job, it would be in your best interest to look elsewhere. The pay (which is WELL below market value) is not worth the emotional and unethical daily standards of this sub-par organization.
