Pros

Lots of growth prospects. Growing company, so plenty of cross training opportunities. A very casual work attitude, so is very easy to perform well without feeling pressured. The VPs are brilliant and the CEO is always 2 steps ahead.

Cons

Though cross functional work exists, there is lack of proper training for new entrants.
