Chinese hiring Chinese! People speak Chinese even when non-speakers are around. Micromanagement central. Very unfriendly people.

Lots of room for growth and very friendly staff. Great location and decent be idiots package, the bonus premium could be more transparent and a bit more of a percentage

Cons

Could be more competitive with benefits package, the insurance benefits and bonus are not as good as some of the other local companies offering relatively similar positions
