Pros

It was one of the few retail stores that would give me a full time schedule. I was able to make some good friends.

Cons

Like most retail stores, you get absolutely no respect. Management expects you to walk around like a robot. Pay is horrible, and you don't get raises. You don't get any benefits at all (including sick time) until you have worked there for a year, and that is only if you are one of the few who can get full-time.
