Pros

- flexible hours for school - employee discount and knowing when sales start in advance (to put items you want to purchase on hold)

Cons

- pay was not competitive and low - constantly nagged to open new Macy's credit card accounts - overworked on weekends/holidays - management didn't 'manage' -- other department problems sometimes spilled over to your department (eg: covering for someone, doing go-backs for them or cleaning up their department because of poor scheduling)
